Lender for Multifamilies

Hello BP members,

I have my eyes on two multifamily properties- one is a duplex, the other is a duplex and there is also a sf house behind it that "must be purchased with the duplex." Does anyone know of any lenders locally or nationally that will finance for 10 to 15% down on a multifamily?
