Looking For Hard Money Lender Recomendations in Indiana
Alright, I am already a Certified Residential Appraiser and licensed agent in the greater Indianapolis area. I have studied all about investing as I am looking for a bit less active income (the appraisal business is booming), and am looking to do a fix and flip with hard money to help finance my first flip. Any recommendations? Credit is not an issue and will likely be borrowing under my LLC. Any recommendations are much appreciated! I would prefer to use an Indiana based lender.
