Hello all,I live in VA and bought 4 rental houses in MD. I used  equity loan  of my primary house to buy them , 4 of them are clear and have more than 30k cash for down payment if needed.So   I am wondering if you guys know or recommend community banks, portfolio lenders, credit unions, or any lender in DMV area  that would have  18 mos or more holding/seasoning period and 80% LTV for a cash out refi?

@Alex Get

Hey Alex,

Sorry, I didn't get a PM.  Thanks for the clarification.  You have lots of options regarding refinancing.  Conventional loans would work really well for you if you qualify.  @Upen Patel would be a good one to talk to.

If you don't necessarily qualify for conventional, there are a couple of other directions you could take as well to get your cash out of the investments and still have a positive cash flow.

I'll try to PM you this time.

Stephanie
