Hi BP, It would be helpful if I can have someone help me figure out which banks in the city of Worcester,MA does cash out refinancing ? Or be able to guide me how I go about finding this out ? I want to be able to save times and not go from bank to bank asking the same question . What I'm trying to do here is prepare myself for the BRRRR method this upcoming two weeks . Roup

@Roupnel Pierre In my experience you are going to have to get one the phone with the banks in your area and make it happen.  Setup in person meetings if necessary, etc..

Remember, as you look for a bank that will refinance you with a portfolio type loan, a lot of their decision to refinance you will be based on 4 things: the deal, your personal financial profile, your experience managing real estate, and the confidence they have in you that you can pull off what you are outlining as a strategy on a potential deal.

We called 30-40 banks here in Connecticut to find a bank that would refi us on our first BRRRR. It is about finding the right fit and a banker that truly understands your strategy.
