Is Funding Available through PL brokers for rehab work only?
Tenants destroyed a house I rented to them for 8 years. Even the floor is gone. With 100% equity are there lenders out there that will lend for rehab funds only? And if so do I find them through brokers? They did about $10,000 of damage, I have already begun but cannot finish without funds. House is manufactured on an acre in Texas. I have completed the exterior which turned out very nice.
