Good Afternoon Everyone!
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my post. I'm a first time buyer, and was wondering if down payment assistance programs still exist in LA. Would you be able to help me or direct me to someone who can? My goal is purchase a multi-family home that qualifies for FHA financing.
