Financing bunch of duplexes

I am evaluating deal for 7 duplexes located in same community, what is best way to finance it ? Can I get single loan for all properties or 7 different loans ? I am not sure if this can be Small Balance Loan, any thoughts on what are my options to finance this

I would try to get as many loans as possible, as @Stephanie P. said.  It will make it easier to deal with down the road, hopefully.
