Hello Everyone! Brand new to investing and the BP community. Very excited to start and maintain this journey! I wanted to start by sharing some of my knowledge with anyone that needs it. I have been a retail loan officer for close to 15 years. I have a wealth of knowledge of retail lending programs (and a small amount of small balance commercial), underwriting guidelines, and the like.
