So I’m looking for help on how to raise $380,000 for some single families. My mentor, recently asked if I wanted his 45 Single Families, he’s only asking $1,916,000 for all 45. They Net $151,000 (close to) a year. Can anyone point me to a lending institution that would help with the 20% down? The properties have the amount in Equity, but I myself do not have the income to just go get a loan for all of them.
