Help Needed: Hard Money Lenders

I’m looking to connect with a hard money lender to close a deal. I considered other loan options but not sure they’ll work for this in the way HM will. I thought about a 203K but I would want to avoid living in the property if possible due to the distance from my living area.

Any recommendations?
