Conv financing for mfg home on land??
Hi all,
I am considering improving and subdividing my large lot in Washington state. I would like to put a previously owned mfg home on a foundation (costs much less than building a stick built home). If I do, will potential buyers be able to finance through traditional financing? Thanks
