Refinance and title question?
Hello,
I’m currently in the process of refinancing my home at Miami Dade county. I wanted to ask if there three people on the title of the home and I wanted to remove one person from the title, would the property taxes increase if the home value is more. Also, refinance appraisal was waived because the property value went up from 320k-340k and my loan is 270k.
Lastly, I’m currently in the process of the homestead exemption if I remove one person would I need to start over. Also, the documents I send to the homestead department where all under my name.
