What rates are people getting for an investment property in Cleveland, OH?  Also, can you recommend a lender?

IF you are looking for conventional lender, I did 3 investment properties in Dec 2019 with AimLoan.com.  Great rate too, but as with most lenders they are pretty backed up and it will likely take 45-60 days to close.  I got 3.75% in Dec (national lender, area really didn't matter but those loans were in OH, IL and CA).  Send me a private message if you want to know more.  I am ONLY a customer of theirs and otherwise have no affiliation with that company/lender.
