Minimum Virginia Loan Amount
Most of my prior investment properties have been in the low 100Ks with loans ranging from 70K-100K. Recently I have been advised by a few lenders they can no longer offer loans <75K.
Is anyone familiar with a lender who can offer loans <75K in Virginia?

I have used Capcenter with offices in Richmond and VB 12 times over the last couple of years. I just asked and they can do as low as $50k but they won’t pay closing costs and there is a .375 rate increase. The penalty drops off at $100k. Hope this helps.
