Looking at financing options
I bought my first home about four months ago using the VA Loan, I'm currently living in it and house hacking it. I'm looking into options of how to finance another deal that I could use to purchase a rental property nearby. I've heard that you can't take out another mortgage if you haven't lived in your home for a certain amount of time? Andy advice?
