Land loan in Texas

I am looking for a lender who will do 70%LTV on a raw land purchase in Dallas Tx, seller is willing to carry a second and buyer is willing to put up 10%

Need more info...

- Is this a residential or commercial lot?
- Is the lot undeveloped?
- How is the client going to document income/assets

Depending on the classification of the land, I offer up to 90 LTV going FULL DOC & 85 LTV going Stated depending on a number issues outlined in your original post.

The program I outlined is for residential lots only...commercial raw land (undeveloped) would be capped at 70% (hard money).
