Best owner-occupied loans for a rent by the room House Hack?
I am a first-time investor who is in his teens and am trying to get my first real estate deal through a condo that I will house hack with friends while I complete my college education. I am aware of FHA, Homeready, and Homepossible. Question #1: do all loan types require PMI if the down payment is below 20% and #2 which would be the best loan option if a parent were cosigning my owner-occupied loan?
