Was wondering should I create LLC for my rental properties or just keep going without it.
I already have 2 single family home as a rental and getting the third is already in process.
Any advise would be appreciated.
@Alex Moazeni this topic has been going for years here on BP, and the answer is that it depends! I look at an LLC as part of your asset protection plan and if you have lots of assets then you should consider it for sure. If you don't have a lot of assets, then you could end up spending a lot of money protecting a small amount of assets which is counter productive.
