Trying to find private lender as a newbie

Any suggestions on how a newbie can find a private lender? Trying to find down payment money for the next rental property. The first was purchased with money out of pocket. Any help would be appreciated!

Hi @Tamera Muniz

The best way I can think of is to find the deal first.

Most private Lenders buy into the deal, if you find a great deal. Put a bit of effort into showing why it's a great deal on paper and reach out to your local investors/ network to show them.
