Seeking Small Mortgage Help
Hi there! I'm going to look at a deal today that's listed at around 100k. It's overpriced based on comps. We're thinking we'll try to get it under contract at 65-75k. I know that mortgages are hard to get at that small of an amount. I'm wondering if y'all could give me some advice on what the best way to handle this is.
The deal is located just outside of DFW.
