Does anyone have any working experience with Obsidian Financial Services as an mortgage loan originator (MLO? 

What makes their commission structure different from other boutique or brokerage firms? 

I have spoken with them in the past and my interactions have always been pleasant but I would benefit from an unbiased perspective from the BiggerPockets crowd.
