Hi friends! Please help!

1) I recently put a down payment of $12K for a company to redo my kitchen but since the company has declared bankrupt. Do you know if/how I can get my money back?

2) anyone have a preferred contractor in mind that I can contact for a bid?

We would still like to get our kitchen done despite all that. Thanks in advance!!!
