Build a Home or Buy.
Hi BP so I have a general question for the contractors in the community. If considering to purchase land at about $150K - $250K and having my home built from scratch how much can I expect to spend in addition to the initial purchase of the land. Residential 2 level home with finished basement, 3 bedroom 2 1/2 bath approximately 2,700 square feet.
