Roof Warranty Now Usless, Looking for Roof Inspector
Hello everyone!
So I am currently in escrow on a property that had a roof installed recently. Just found out that the roof contractor that did the job is no longer in business, so that warranty that the seller has.... worthless. Anyone have recommendations for a roof inspector? Will also take recommendations for someone that can inspect the plumbing.
