Replace exterior fire door

Hello!

What type of contractor would I reach out to to replace/fix an exterior fire door? In case it's relevant, it's a small commercial building in Hot Springs, AR.

Also need a window replaced/fixed - do I need a "window contractor"?

Thanks!

A small size General Contractor can handle this best. IF your state allow a handyman to do jobs over $500, then that might be an option. But a GC will most likely be a better fit.
