Investor Friendly General Contractor

Hi all,

I'm new to BP and I own a home remodeling company. I have also flipped a couple of houses for myself and was wondering what is the best way to connect with other investors, or flippers, to see if we could potentially help them with their construction needs? I'm open partnering as well.

Thanks

The best way for a GC with money to earn business is to do your own flip, post a sign, do good work, produce an attractive end product and the people will come.

Besides that, local real estate group meet up is always a great way to go.

I also recommend joining the local facebook group. Be aware it's a race to the bottom game because anytime there is a job request posted, especially the easy jobs (paint, interior trim, etc.), you will see a bunch of hungry wolves reply. Your response will be one of the twenty...  And most of the time, the OP picks the cheapest.
