Carpenter/ Construction Manager

Hello everyone, I’m new to BP and I am looking to start networking. I’ve been a carpenter for 4 years now, also have one semester left for my Bachelors in Construction Management. I also recently got accepted into my local carpenters Union. I’m looking to get into multi family construction with a growing GC that I can learn the ins and outs. I’m all for starting in the field to gain hands on knowledge and working my way up. I am a fast learner and want to learn all phases of construction and about as many trades as possible. If anyone can offer guidance or mentorship, even employment opportunity I’d appreciate it!
