In search of Buffalo, NY General Contractor and Handymen

Hello everyone,  

I am based in New York City.   I invested in properties in the Buffalo, New York area that are in need of renovation/turnover.  My property manager says they can do it, however, I would rather not depend on their internal people for the renovations for reasons better unsaid.

 I would appreciate any recommendations the community can provide.  

Additionally, I am in search of a handyman for routine repairs and tenant complaints.
