Looking for Reliable general contractor in Rochester, NY (Investor-Friendly)

Hey everyone 👋

I recently closed on a duplex in Rochester, NY (the 19th Ward to be specific) and am looking for a reliable general contractor who’s investor-friendly and experienced with rental rehabs.

Project includes adding a full bathroom, and cosmetic rehab plus some light updates throughout. Ideally, I'm looking for someone who communicates well, sends photos/videos, and understands rental-grade finishes and budgets.

If you’ve worked with a good GC or have recommendations in the Rochester area, I’d really appreciate your referrals or intros. 🙏

Thanks in advance!

You are the owner of the property , the contractor doesnt need to understand rental grade finishes , YOU are the person who choses the finishes , not the contractor .

Contractors dont care if its a rental , a flip , or your personal home , the price for their time , labor and expertise doesnt change .

ALL professional contractors are  " investor friendly "  As long as the customer has the money to pay to get the job done right .
