Hello All,

My name is Rob and I am a Project Manager for the largest production home builder in the Philadelphia, New Jersey, and Delaware market. I have managed and built 71 TownHome/SFR this past year and recently completed an Eight-Unit (2200 sq. ft.each) town home building in Middletown, DE in 45 days from framing to finish. Currently, my focus is to branch out and start doing personal work for people.

I have an excellent crew that I have worked with at my current job, and the company has very high expectations for time, budget, and quality for our customers. My crew specializes in all carpentry work and you can expect the same results with YOUR projects.

Feel free to browse through the attached work that has been done, if you have any questions or know someone that needs work done, please reach out to me.

Have you worked and are you licensed in Philadelphia? Not that it is a difficult thing to do but many people don't want to work in Philadelphia. I have subs I use for my day job that refuse to work in Philadelphia for a few reasons.

I guess what I'm really asking is, are you sure your subs will work in Philadelphia? Are they licensed in Philadelphia? Do you have all the subs lined up you'll need to do a gut remodel? If so, we should talk. We have multiple projects going/about to kick off in Philadelphia and I'd love to add another GC to the roster as we're quickly stretching ours thin.
