Mobile AL handy man needed

So I have had a pretty easy three years with a past renter and had a very smooth transition from one renter one day to the second Tennant the next.   however I'm paying for it in the back end because my original tenants never told me of any issues where as my new tenants are not hesitant on calling me very often.

I've called in too many favors from my neighbors and now I'm looking for a great recommendation on a handyman in Mobile AL to tackle a backed up garbage disposal.  I'm looking for someone long term for projects such a windows, doors, electrical, and some odd end jobs.  Please let me now of any one you would personally recommend.  Feel free to message me or connect if you are from the mobile area. Thanks in advance.
