Charleston SC Contractor needed

Greetings BP,

I am reaching out today in hopes that some fellow Charleston SC area investors could refer me to someone who is a reliable trustworthy and quality general contractor to do some repairs on a multi family house that I just got under contract. I can do quite a bit of the work myself but there are a few items where I do not have experience and would like to have someone else take care of it for me. This is my first rehab project outside of the home that I live in and I am pretty excited about getting the ball rolling and starting out.
