Seeking Contractor Advice
I am looking to BRRR a house in Yakima, but first I would like to get a quote from a contractor. Can you bring a general contractor into a house that you do not own in order to get a better estimate of the repair costs? Does anyone know any good general contractors in the Yakima area?
