Hey BP members

I own various vacant lots in Cape Coral and Naples and fort myers Florida. I want to build SFH on these lots but am looking for a trusted builder with a good price (I got a quote from various builders around florida that build for clients and themselves for 75/sqft). All the builders ive talked to in Cape are giving me prices (100-110 a sqft) that wouldn't make me anything when i resell because thats what the houses are already selling for....Im open to joint ventures with builders or Project managers whom i would pay a fee to over look the project or anything else.
