General Contractors near Sherman Texas??

Hello BP community I'm currently looking at properties in the Sherman Texas area, but would like to have a couple of GC's lined up for estimates.  I've found that several GC's in the DFW area wont go that far to work.  Any suggestions or referrals??  Thx!
