Looking for a general contractor San Fernando Valley

Hi, 

I have a property in Canoga Park that needs some work. I'm hoping to rehab the property and sell it soon after. If anyone can suggest an honest and affordable general contractor, I'd appreciate it 

A good handy man would work as well. I will need a GC for permitting for sure. 

If they are fair and do a good job, I will have a lot of future work for them (flips, updating rentals, etc).
