Hello My name is Kyle I am looking for a GC that can help me with my first renovation. I am looking for bids on repair cost so I can submit for forms to my hard money lender. I have a property in Pearland Tx. I have it under contract for 60k with an estimated after repaired value of $225,000

Any help would be much appreciated Thanks!
