First, I'm looking for someone willing and able to remove sections of the sidewalk, remove the stumps affecting the sidewalk and then replace the sidewalk. Property is in Tempe AZ

Secondly, I have a separate studio unit at a duplex property that is currently permitted as a storage unit only but fully finished as living space. I need a GC that's willing and able to write up the plans and pull permits to get this place certified for occupancy so I can put in a separate electric meter for the studio. This property is in Phoenix.
