I need of some management software help.

Hey BP,

How many of you guys are using management software besides Yardi? I'm looking for a software to manage 124 units that do accounting and bookkeeping. Yardi is so pricey for less than 500 units. I use Yardi and love it but I want something a little less pricey. Any help is greatly appreciated.
