Can you tell if these houses are block or siding?

Unable to edit title, but meant to ask if they are block/cement or wood.

My lender wants to know if my house differs from the rest in the area.

My property: (looks to be possibly wood siding??)

Others in the neighborhood:

1)

2)

I assume 1& 2 are probably block covered in some sort of Stucco? What can you tell me from lookng at the images? Thank you!

Honestly I wouldn't even use the other two pictured as comps.   Go out a little further and find some similarly constructed houses.    There's no amount of money you can spend on the first house to make it comparable to the other 2.
