Hey BP! As the subject states, I'm in need of an investor friendly GC. I reside in Florida but originally am from the Burgh. Looking to invest in the entire Allegheny county. Started lightly pulling some leads and am really getting some strong ones and want to connect with a GC to walk through properties.
