Looking For A Handyman

Morning, I am looking for a handyman that can help us with maintenance work orders at our properties in the south loop, west loop, and downtown in Chicago. Can be 3-10 work orders per month depending on response time and skill set. Also looking for someone that can help us with apartment turnovers.
