General Contractor for Flipping needed in NC
We are searching for a reliable and recommended contractor in the Charlotte area for repeat business. We are flipping houses in the Greater Charlotte area and we have currently a house that needs remodeling and is gutted to the studs. We now had trouble several times now with contractors not pulling permits, delaying repairs and costing us thousands of dollars in the process (even if specifically written in the contract). If you have a contractor you can recommend and have good experience with - any help would be appreciated.
