I need a new General Contractor

Good day, I hired a general contractor to complete a project. It's been several months from commitment to complete the job. And I'm not happy with the work that has been done. I'm in looking for advice on how to legally terminate contractor. I will also need to hire a contractor in the North NJ area to help us complete the project. Any pointers BP members?
