Hi, I've purchased a SFH in the Birmingham, AL area for a buy and hold rental, and the home inspection noted some possible mold in most rooms and signs of wood infestation in the baseboard trim and some in the crawl space. Looking for recommendations on mold and wood infestation inspection companies that you've had a good experience with.
