Whitmore Lake MI Contractor Recommendations / Rehabbing help!

Hi! I'm considering buying a run down house in need of much work, I'd probably be looking to flip and sell but may consider BRRRR on it.

Does anyone have a contractor in the area they'd recommend? 

I'm also not totally opposed to splitting the deal if an experienced flipper wanted to take me under their wing.
