Need General Contractor in Chicago/NW Chicago
Hello,
My husband and I just bought our first 2 flat on the Northwest side. We are looking for a contractor who can help us with creating an apartment in the basement (does not need to be legal), and other cosmetic renovations, such as the 2 kitchens and 2 bathrooms. We’d love to work with someone familiar with Chicago Bungalow and their structure, or someone familiar with the NW side of Chicago.
We have first inspection tomorrow and will be closing on 9/19. We will want to start work ASAP after closing.
Very excited but a little anxious as well, it’s wonderful to have a community like this to share.
