FSI (Floor Space Index)

Posted

Perhaps a more correct question to ask is how many square foot of apartments can be built in this area? Maryland Street between Tyler and Van Buren Ave. 1st floor would have to be garages. I think this is based on allowable FSI (Floor Space Index) If the IFS is 3 then we could build 3 x 10,000 sq ft or 30,000 sq ft worth of apartments. Is that correct?
