Request for Permits

Hey all,

I've reached the last step of closing on my first flip outside of my own residence! Woohoo!

Next, I need to order permits for my flip. Of course, this is around the same time of ordering the dumpster, etc.

For the permits request, I'll need to make a site plan. Anyone have any suggestions? I'll be switching a bedroom and kitchen. Also, I'll be raising the roof in the back of the house as the ceiling is pretty low.

Wish me luck -- the property was flooded and the neighbor told me "it's a tear down!"
