Jacksonville Florida roof,ac,tree, and electrical recommendations
I am set to close on my first investment property on the 22nd of this month and and currently am in the due diligence phase. I need to get quotes for air-conditioning, roof, electrical, and tree removal Just to make sure that my budget will allow for everything that needs to be done. Can anyone recommend anybody in any of these trades that is investor friendly with reasonable prices? I have called around to companies that I have worked with in the past, however lots of people are not answering the phone or returning my calls , which is very frustrating to say the least!
